Do you need help?

We’re happy to help if you have any questions about your booking.

For bookings made less than 60 days before the planned arrival date, we charge the full amount.

If you make a reservation more than 60 days in advance, we require a deposit (30% of the total amount). 35 days before your arrival, you will receive an email requesting payment of the remaining balance.

Important information

Before making a reservation, please familiarize yourself with some important information. Here you will find the OutCider Inn regulations and house rules. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

House rules

  • Check-in: from 16:00 (4 PM)
  • Check-out: by 11:00 (11 AM)
  • Smoking is only allowed outside the building
  • Pets are welcome (please inform us in advance if you plan to stay with your pet)
  • We care about nature, conserve water, separate waste, and do not damage the greenery

Upon your arrival, we will complete the necessary formalities (including the agreement and the “house condition” protocol).

Cancellation of reservation

If you decide to cancel your arrival, we may withhold an amount from the funds already paid, as specified in the Payment Policy. Please review it.
